An experienced executive with a rich and varied professional background, over the years I have acquired solid expertise in four key areas: plant operational management, purchasing management, controlling and in-depth data analysis. For 12 years, I managed complex operations in the waste incineration sector with energy production, involving technical, maintenance and automation aspects, while managing rigorous social and environmental constraints. My dual technical and management skills have enabled me to develop competencies in operational management, project management and managing relations with suppliers and customers, particularly in the public sector.
In the field of purchasing, I was responsible for setting up a Purchasing Department in an SME in the household waste treatment sector. My experience as head of management control enabled me to develop advanced data analysis skills, using tools such as SAP, Microsoft BI and Power BI to measure performance, analyse suppliers and monitor production and consumer prices. I was also involved in projects to optimise energy purchasing contracts.
At the same time, I became an expert in data analysis, reinforcing my skills with training in data science and economic intelligence, to add a complementary angle of analysis to business issues. I am involved in a number of associations and professional activities in the environmental and energy fields. Finally, I'm an investor member of Arts et Métiers Business Angel.
